Shelby Joined the Mane + Soul Salon team in 2022 and has quickly become a valued and welcomed member of our salon family. Her professional education began in an adult cosmetology program and continued within a high-end salon environment, where she gained hands-on experience as a backbar assistant, worked closely alongside a master colorist, and progressed to working independently on the salon floor.
Shelby is trained in smoothing treatments, extensions, custom color, precision cutting, and bridal hairstyling. She is passionate about building genuine connections with both her clients and coworkers, believing that meaningful conversation and trust are essential to creating beautiful, personalized results.
Committed to providing an elevated guest experience, Shelby strives to make every client feel special and supported—whether they are seeking a confidence boost or simply a listening ear. She values forming long-term relationships with her clients and aims to create a space where they feel comfortable and cared for both inside and outside the salon.
Clients are drawn to Shelby for her patience, positive outlook, and thoughtful approach to hair. She enjoys working with inspiration photos and guiding clients through their hair goals in a realistic, healthy, and enjoyable way. Above all, Shelby prioritizes the integrity of her clients’ hair and places strong emphasis on at-home care, ensuring it is thoroughly discussed during each appointment.
Outside of the salon, Shelby enjoys spending time at the beach, shopping, doting on her role as the “fun aunt” to her friends’ children, and relaxing with a good Netflix series.
