Shelby is a recent hire at Mane + Soul but is a welcomed and loved edition to our team. Shelby's education started in an adult cosmetology program and ended up in a high end salon. She worked as a backbar assistant, worked alongside a master colorist, and has been on the floor for a few years now. She is trained in smoothing treatments, extensions, coloring, cuts, and bridal hair. Her favorite part of her job is being able to chat and connect with her clients and coworkers while being able to create beautiful hair results for her clients. She strives to make every guest feel special in their own  way, whether they need an extra boost of confidence or a talk off the ledge. She wants to connect with all of her clients enough where they can feel comfortable to come to her even outside the hair realm. Potential clients should choose her because she has patience and a positive outlook on life. She loves when a client has inspo photos and understands they can have tons of fun with their hair, but all in due time. The integrity of her client's hair is so important to her, so at home care is strongly enforced and is always covered at your appointment.  In her free time you can find Shelby at the beach, at the mall buying black clothes only, hanging out with her friends babies as the "fun aunt", or enjoying a Netflix show.
