  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can complete the form on our contact page, or call 848-404-9440 anytime to schedule an appointment. 

  • Where should I park?

    We do not have a parking lot, however you can find plenty of street parking outside the salon. If you still having difficulties finding parking, don't hesitate to call us for help! 

  • What payment options do you accept?

    At Mane + Soul, we accept apple pay, a variety of credit cards, checks, and cash. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    CANCELED / RESCHEDULED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS


    Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and our artists’ time is extremely valuable. We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise.


    One-Time Courtesy


    Each client is offered one one-time courtesy (“oops”) for a last-minute cancellation or reschedule due to an emergency or illness. This courtesy is one-time only and will be noted on your client profile.


    New Clients & Repeated Rescheduling


    All new clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file to book an appointment.

    Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule may also be required to keep a card on file at the salon’s discretion.



    We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.



    Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, unless your one-time courtesy applies.

    Charges will be applied to the card on file.


    If excessive rescheduling or late cancellations continue beyond the one-time courtesy, Mane + Soul reserves the right to require a deposit for future appointments or decline future booking requests.


    NO CALL / NO SHOWS


    If you do not call or text to cancel or reschedule and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.


    The one-time courtesy does not apply to no call/no show appointments.



    CREDIT CARD ON FILE



    A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all new clients and clients with a pattern of late cancellations or rescheduling. Your card will not be charged unless this policy is violated.


    By booking an appointment with Mane + Soul, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.



  • What is Your Refund/Redo Policy?

    At Mane + Soul Salon, we hold our artists to the highest professional standards, with guest satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. Providing an exceptional experience for every guest is, and always will be, our top priority.


    If you are ever dissatisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may promptly and appropriately address your concerns.


    Mane + Soul Salon maintains a strict no-refund policy. However, should you be unhappy with your service, we encourage you to contact us by phone or email to discuss your experience. We would be happy to welcome you back to the salon for a complimentary assessment, allowing us to determine how best to adjust your service and ensure your satisfaction.
